People's Daily Online: "The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the Dominican authorities Monday launched a regional seminar on nuclear security featuring discussions on the nuclear threat and risk management of radioactive sources.
The seminar, which is due to end Thursday, drew representatives from 14 countries of the Caribbean region."
